I was delighted by the inviting decor and cleanliness of the Red Roof Inn Cortland. The welcoming lobby and spacious room made moving around easy, which is particularly important for seniors like me. The bathroom had excellent accessibility features as well.

More comfortable seating in the lobby would be nice.

The room stood out for its spaciousness and quiet atmosphere. I enjoyed the comfortable bed, making for a restful night. The staff truly made a difference, especially Mariska and Bethany, who were helpful during check-in. During my stay, I found the recommendations for local dining very accurate, which enhanced our experience. I noticed the shower had excellent pressure, which made for a refreshing start to my day.

Though the parking situation was a bit challenging, especially during busy hours, it was manageable.

I had a pleasant experience at this hotel with a cozy and immaculately clean room. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the staff, particularly Julie, provided great restaurant recommendations that made my stay even better. The staff at Red Roof Inn were exceptionally helpful during my stay. Check-in was smooth, and Julie's local restaurant recommendations were spot on. The room was clean, cozy, and had plenty of space to work, complete with a comfortable bed and good shower pressure. Additionally, the location was convenient for my business travels.

No housekeeping services for six days.
